inspections department is to
maintain the highest level of public
safety and customer service in the
administration of building
construction and code enforcement.

the National Electrical Code, as prepared by the National Fire Protection
Agency

Excavation and
Grading Code Title 12, Chapter 6 of the Gatlinburg Municipal Code

the 1991 edition of
the North Carolina Accessibility Code is also enforced.
