Mechanical Permit Fees
Mechanical Permit Fees are assessed on all new construction, renovation and remodeling which involve the installation, repair or replacement of heating, ventilating, ductwork, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.   Fees are based on the 1997 Standard Mechanical Code Appendix B.
Building Permit fees are established by Ordinance #2383.
	For issuing each permit Plus the following:	$10.00
	First $1,000 of valuation or fraction thereof	$10.00
	Each additional $1,000 valuation or fraction thereof	$2.00
*Fee for inspecting repairs, alterations and additions to existing mechanical systems shall be $5.00 plus $2.00 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof.
