Plumbing Permit Fees
Building Permit fees are established by Ordinance #2381.  Additional add-on fees may apply.
Plumbing Permit Fees are assessed on all new construction, renovation and remodeling which involve the installation, repair or replacement of plumbing systems and fixtures.  Fees are based on the Ordinance #2381 of the Gatlinburg Municipal Code.
	For issuing each permit Plus the following where provided.	$10.00
	Each fixture, floor drain or trap (including water and drainage piping).	$2.50
	Each house sewer	$5.00
	Each house sewer being repaired or replaced	$5.00
	Each Cesspool	$5.00
	Each water heater and/or vent	$2.50
	Each Septic tank and seepage pit or drain field	$10.00
	For installation, alteration or repair of water piping and/or water treatment equipment.	$5.00
	For repair or alteration of drainage or vent piping.	$5.00
	For vacuum breakers or backflow prevention devices.	1 to 5 $2.50 Over 5 $1.5 each
