The Parking Lot Staff is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the municipal parking lots throughout the City. Most of these facilities are open year round, except for Christmas Day, from 8;00 AM to 1:00 AM. The city parking lots provide a total of 1,276 spaces and include: McMahan (Parkway) Garage - 385 spaces, Aquarium Garage - 400 spaces, East Gatlinburg Park and Ride - 80 spaces, North Gatlinburg Park and Ride - 108 spaces, Highway 441 - 32 spaces, Reagan Drive - 140 spaces and Anna Porter Library - 82 spaces.

Free Park and Ride located on Highway 441 at the Welcome Center has 90 spaces for passenger vehicles, buses and RV

Free Park and Ride located on Highway 321 beside the City Hall Complex has 85 spaces for passenger vehicles, buses and RVs.

Traffic light #2 has spaces for 30 passenger vehicles.

Parking garage at traffic light #3 has spaces for 390 passenger vehicles.

Parking garage at Ripley's Aquarium has 380 spaces passenger vehicles

Newton Lane parking lot has 80 spaces.

Reagan Drive parking lot is operated by the Gatlinburg Department of Tourism and has spaces for 145 vehicles including buses and RV's.

Passenger vehicles only in the City Parking Garages.
