| The Gatlinburg Convention Center is a thoroughly professional organization dedicated to
making meetings more efficient, effective and economical by offering both a better
facility and better service. |
| With over 188,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space, we can accommodate groups
large and small, whether for seminars, conventions, exhibitions, trade shows or even
sporting events. |
| The Great Hall provides 67,000 square feet of exhibit space, 50,000 square feet of
which is free-span with a ceiling height of 30 feet. It can accommodate 350 10 X 10
booths, or be divided into three separate halls for smaller shows. An additional
14,000 square foot hall is available in the adjoining Mills complex. The Gallery
area is 38,200 square feet, including 23 meeting rooms, pre-function space, two private
parlors and a special VIP/media suite. A private elevator will whisk you high to the
Parkway Tower Suite where balconies provide a breath-taking mountain view. |
| Two oversized doors to the main exhibit hall floor provide easy move-in and move-out
via drive-in access. A covered loading dock with six truck bays also serves the main
hall. |
| Our services are just as exceptional as our facility. In the planning stage, our
experienced staff can help you with hotel leads and proposals, bids, customized
presentations, site inspections, housing, promotional literature, brochures, registration
assistance, spouse programs, youth activities and access to local vendors. For the
event itself, we can provide electric, water, gas, and telephone hook-ups (at 30 foot
centers). We also have audio, video and computer links, box office, carpentry,
concessions, vending, security, engineering, staging equipment, events coordination,
theatrical lighting and special effects. |
| To top it all off, our kitchen is fully staffed with an accomplished master chef,
providing exceptional food, flowers, wine and spirits for groups from 10 to 3,000.
Our staff can help you plan menus and theme parties for any taste, ranging from a western
barbecue to a champagne and caviar reception. |
